Rawmato offers a 14-day refund window for service purchases, starting from the date of payment.

If you request a cancellation within this period, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note: No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the purchase date, as the service access is considered consumed once activated.
